Task 3.2 Clarify the strategy 

  • Write, in detail, the following about your client from the previous lesson task (a personal survey):
    • Attributes
    • Vision and mission
    • Key products or services – list these in detail
    • Key competitors – list three
    • Competitive advantage
    • Key stakeholders
    • Value proposition
    • Target market

If you feel that you did not collect enough information in your first interview, set up another interview to gather more info.

  • Gather your findings and analyse the one or two interviews you’ve done. Then type up your results and create a brief. Your brief should include any insight you may have gained from these interviews. The purpose of the brief is to create a brand. (This step is just about creating a brief – you do not have to develop the brand yet.)
